Product Description

The 2014 $2 Remembrance Day Coloured Coin is Struck by the Royal Australian Mint. After perfecting the art of crafting coloured circulating coins the Royal Australian Mint has marked the solemn day of commemoration with this special coin in remembrance of the Armistice which ended of the First World War. Featuring the traditional symbols of peace, a dove and an olive branch, contained within concentric circles of green, let this coin be a reminder of their sacrifice in the pursuit of peace.
 
Each $2 coloured Remembrance Day coin will be placed in a 2x2 card holder 
 
Please note these coins were taken out of Mint Rolls, Which means that these 2014 $2 Remembrance Day Coloured No Mint Mark coins are the closest you can get to a Mint Set coin.
 
Please also note that these coins were made by using the Circulation presses, which means that bag marks and minting marks will occur on the coins.
