Kato the Cockatoo wil join all his little friends in 2010. This coins will be the last of two coins from the Royal Australian Mint’s Little Dinkums Series which was launched in 2008. This series of proof coins, produced on tiny gold blanks, still offer an inexpensive entry into the gold market as the Mint has upheld the original retail price of $95.00 each. Collect all six coins to complete the series as both the 2008 and 2009 coins are still available.
