2011 Year Set Six Coin Proof

The Royal Australian Mint’s six coin year proof set continues to feature Australian circulating coin designs.

Each 2011 proof and collection presents all six circulating coin designs from 5c through to $2. All of the designs come to life because of the added attention given to  these coins in the tooling and coining processes that isn’t given to their circulating counterparts. The proof finishes on these coins are derived from a meticulous process of polishing, pressing and  individual inspection.
