2009 Niue - "Love is Precious" Silver Proof Coin

The New Zealand Mint is proud to present another coin issue celebrating Love. This proof-like coloured silver coin depicts two beautiful black swans (representing eternal love). They come presented in a stunning silver heart shaped box.

These coins make a beautiful gift for Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries or that special some one. This unique coin has a strictly limited mintage of only 10,000.

The reverse face of the coin features a representation of two black swans shown swimming on rippling water which has been engraved into the coins surface. The inscription 'Love is Precious' graces the border below this image and '1oz .999 Silver' appears on a banner above.

Each coin is presented in a beautiful silver coloured heart shaped silver box . This is enclosed in a silver outer box for its protection and comes with a certificate of authenticity issued by New Zealand Mint.
